Raong graduated from the University of Windsor Law School with an MBA from the Odette School of Business in International Business Strategy & Finance. She also holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Education degree.

Raong practices law at RP Law and is also Canadian counsel to the 360 Law Group America team.

Raong believes in the saying, "you make a living by what you get but you make a life by what you give". She believes that it is important to give back to the community that you are a part of and she has done so through her involvement with the OBA and other non profit organizations.

Additionally, Raong has served as a board member of CLiC-through the Art Gallery of Hamilton-mandated to unite young professionals through dynamic, art-focused events that promote awareness of the Gallery and the Hamilton community. Most importantly, she has managed to stay true to her roots and remains an active Windsor Law School Alumnus. While she doesn't use her teaching credentials to teach biology or chemistry anymore she still manages to guest lecture at McMaster and at the various local high schools on the law and ethics. Her goal-to be the first woman to balance a hectic work life with a fulfilling personal life all while savouring the most ruby coloured glass of amarone one has ever seen.

Aside from wine, Raong does have a penchant for law, her specialties include: International business disputes & litigation; Corporate & Business law transactions; Shareholder & partnership disputes; Creditor’s rights litigation; Construction litigation; Wills & Powers of Attorney; Municipal law-expropriations; Real estate law & litigation; and Estates' litigation.
